This single-story, three-bedroom layout blends functional space planning with clean, modern aesthetics to create a home that feels both open and grounded. Each detail—from the spacious, light-filled great room to the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living—reflects a focus on simplicity, comfort, and flow. The sloped roofline and mixed-material façade provide a bold yet inviting street presence, while the private outdoor lounge area offers a retreat-like experience in the backyard.
